• <H5> We live in TF Home May – October.  Availability  July, August or October when we leave for vacation. When we decide to make dates available we will post dates here.
• <H5> Summer: Weeks are $2,000.00/ week.  No weekends or mid weeks.  
• <H5> Late Fall / Early Winter & Spring  Rates:  Weekly $1,700, Weekends $850 (2 nights minimum fri/sat or sat/sun),  Mid week $225/night (up to 5 nights Sun – Thurs. nights, three night minimum).
• <H5> Standard Rates (Summer & Fall when available):  Weekly $2,000, Weekends $1,000 (2 nights minimum fri/sat or sat/sun) , Mid Week $300/night (Up to 5 nights  Sun – Thurs , three night minimum).
• <H5> CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR’S  & PRESIDENTS WEEKS  $3,150 (7 nights). Minimum stay is 6 nights for $2,750.  Additional nights if available are $450/night.   Xmas week starts as early as  12/19.   New Year’s Week ends no latter than 1/5 at noon .  No weekends or mid weeks.  Six nights for Xmass week is $2,750 starting no latter than Saturday 12/23.   Six nights for New Year’s Week starting no latter than Saturday 12/30 is $2,750.   Presidents Week available only if a lease is not secured by October 15.
